Takedowns and Turns Camp

Day 1: will be focused primarily on takedowns and wrestling dominant positions that we teach here at ACU. High percentage takedowns and hand fighting that leads to scoring on the feet, along with some of our coaches' individual style included.

Day 2: will be primarily focused on dominating from the top position. Scoring on top and teaching individuals to chain wrestle from the top position, leading to backpoints and not just riding.

June 16th - 17th

Grades: 7th - 12th
Friday, June 16th: 5:00pm - 8:30pm
Saturday, June 17th: 11:00am - 4:00pm
Cost: $50 for 1 day or $80 for both days
